Projection Screens

Projector lamps

BIS is also your partner when you need a new beamer lamp. We can supply most projector lamps directly from stock. Less popular beamer lamps are also available in most cases, but take a little longer. You benefit from rapid equipment availability. Digital boards, interactive whiteboards, digiboards

When using digital boards, also known as digiboards or interactive whiteboards, you project the screen image from your PC/laptop via a beamer onto the board. You can then select and open the applications of your choice via the surface of the board using the digital pen or your finger. Interactive and impressive. These applications may be special software for schools and education, or nothing more complex than Microsoft Office applications. Advantages of LED displays

In addition to traditional LCD displays, BIS also offers LCD displays with LED backlighting. These are sometimes called LED displays. LED technology provides even greater detail, extremely realistic colour reproduction and an intensive viewing experience. Furthermore, LED displays are more compact – the screen is just a few centimetres thick – and consume substantially less power, which benefits the environment.

Audibility. A necessity when reproducing speech and music. Optimum audibility increases the power and effect of all presentations, meetings and introductions. In fact, poor audibility can dilute your message. Good equipment and the right infrastructure for reproducing speech and music in a way that can be heard clearly and understandably by everybody is an indispensable requirement. Discussion systems with integrated LCD touch screen

The advanced discussion systems offered by BIS ensure optimal audibility. These are delivered with all the software required for capturing and displaying interesting data, such as information about the participants, the agenda, the order of the speakers and voting results. BIS discussion systems even feature a built-in touch panel in the discussion post, which enables you to produce the available information with a simple touch of a finger and that you can also use to cast a vote.

Additional information regarding the speakers and participants can be requested via the discussion post and the results of a vote can be displayed immediately on the touch screen and via the central projection arrangement (either anonymously or with personal identification). A unique property of this discussion system is that there is no difference between the participant’s post and a chairperson’s post, so one uniform device can be used for both posts. In addition, the highly advanced anti-eavesdropping technology used by the BIS discussion system makes listening in on conferences, discussions, meetings etc. totally impossible.

Opinion polls, voting, validation

Our multifunctional, wireless voting systems, which can be used either anonymously or with personal identification, allow you to measure the opinions of those present in real time and actively involve them in your meeting. The results are ready to be presented within seconds. You can also export the results to a reports program for further analysis.

Audio reproduction: acoustic analysis, simulation and advice

Good and audible reproduction of speech and/or music is a basic condition for successful presentation and information transfer. This applies universally, regardless of whether a simple presentation set is involved, or you want to equip an exclusive meetings room, or you want to use a public address system. Sound is important. But also complex in many situations. Many rooms are designed in a way that reflects sound from the floor and ceiling or encourages feedback via the microphone. BIS performs an extensive sound audit beforehand in order to prevent problems of this nature and we test the proposed solutions in a simulated environment. The result is optimum sound and music reproduction.

Sound Shower: targeted sound reproduction

The Sound Shower plays your message (speech/music) in a clearly delineated area. And nowhere else. The audio source is clearly understandable in this area, but people nearby cannot hear it at all. So the sound does not cause nuisance in the surrounding area. This solution is ideal in situations where a message only needs to be heard in a specific place.

Digital and legally accepted meeting minutes

Digital recording and archiving of everything that is discussed is ideal, particularly if you want to play back what has been discussed at some later point in time. The benefits are substantial, as are the possibilities and applications. You can always listen to (parts of) a meeting again, quickly and easily. There can no longer be any argument about what was actually said. Furthermore, you’ll never have to note down the meeting minutes again.

Operation, management & room reservation

Optimal user-friendliness

The control systems (operating systems) offered by Crestron, Extron and AMX allow you to operate all your equipment from one location, without moving a step. You can turn the projector on or off, start the DVD player and switch between input sources via a control panel or a beautifully designed touch panel. And it’s just as easy to regulate the volume, dim the lights and close the curtains. Optimal user-friendliness. An extra advantage is that you will never again have to search high and low for all the different remote controls.

Combination of control system and cable management

BIS offers various solutions in its range where a single integrated module allows you to operate your equipment and connect PC or laptop cables (if required). These cable management and control systems are often mounted in a tabletop, lectern or other flat surface and are available in a handsome matt-black casing or in a stylish, brushed aluminium finish. The fully configured control system with touch panel lets you operate one or more projectors or LCD/LED screens, as well as control and manage rooms that can be linked together, video conferencing units and multi-image systems.
