The key element in rooms of this type is often identical: the image display unit that is used for communication. So we have designed a standardised and optimised concept for each application. The concepts may relate to part of a room or a complete room. Because they have been specifically designed by our interior architects, all the elements and items of equipment are perfectly matched to each other. BIS acts as your main contractor and takes all your concerns off your hands. We guide and advise you in respect of the decisions you have to make in order to ensure perfect implementation of your audiovisual systems during your event. Ranging from image display to the sound system, from installation to disassembly, for one day or for a longer period. BIS also arranges all the fittings and accessories for your event, including podium building, decoration and catering.

The Event Rental Concepts range consists of three concepts, which present commonly requested and tried-and-tested solutions: BIS Celebrate includes supply of large-format screen presentation, audio and speech amplification, the podium, (stand-up) party tables and chairs. With BIS Meeting, you purchase presentation and audio support, audio and image recording, an optional discussion system and live video conferencing. BIS No Travel includes supply of presentation and audio support, webcasting, audio and image recording and a podium. BIS has a suitable concept for everybody and every event.
