Professional project supervision

The BIS approach from idea to realisation. BIS works with specialised project teams. By using high qualified staff we can complete the entire trajectory from A to Z for you and ensure we deliver quality solutions. It does not matter if it concerns a simple solution or extremely complex and advanced installations. The whole project is performed using a structured plan. Under supervision of a project manager, there is internal consultation with account managers, project engineers, editors and the department work preparation and planning, so all aspects of the project are fine-tuned to each other in the right manner.

Taking stock in an intelligent manner

Formulating the “plan of requirements” together. If it concerns filling-in your requirements in the right manner, we have a project advisor who accurately formulates your requirements in consultation with you. These requirements are translated to a technical audiovisual system with all the possibilities required. Early in the identification stage we perform a solid preliminary examination to assess the technical and practical feasibility of the possible solution. We make an inventory of requirements regarding extra resources and staff needed to realise the solution and coordinate all aspects with other parties that may be involved in order to arrive at the required end result.

In order to approach the design of your rooms seriously, BIS has certified interior architects in service both in the Netherlands and in Belgium, who are specialised in complete designs. These BIS Interior Architects design the ideal presentation, information and communication rooms for you. A lot of attention is given to the interior, the style and the lighting plan in these designs. Of course inspiring colour advice is not overlooked. The entire AV & ICT equipment selection is involved in the design, so a perfect harmony develops between the AV & ICT solution to be realised and the room itself. The result?
