As an independent organisation we have been specialising in advising, designing, realising, installing, maintaining and managing AV & ICT Solutions since 1983. We do this in a professional, innovative and cost-effective manner, where quality, creativity and long-lasting relationships with our clients are very important to us. ISO 9001
BIS is an ISO 9001 certified organisation. The goal of the ISO 9001 standard has two parts. First and foremost, it needs to be proved that an organisation consistently delivers products and services that meet the demands of customers and applicable laws and regulations. Secondly, customer satisfaction must be increased using an effective control system, including continuous improvement and assurance that the appropriate standard is being met. Our ISO 9001 certificate therefore provides assurance that BIS has chosen to work in a professional manner, to be of service to clients in line with a minimal applicable quality standard, and that we continuously strive to improve on this. |
